Ashtanga Yoga :

Before starting doing any yoga we have to calm our mind, ashtanga yoga helps us to relax our body. This yoga will also focus on muscle and grow our body strength and improve your body flexibility. There are 6 series of ashtanga yoga:
- Primary Series is yoga Chikitsa. This is health therapy.
- Intermediate series is for nerve purification i.e Nadi Shodhana.
- Sthira Bhaga is the advanced series of ashtanga yoga that is for our mind and body strength.

Hatha Yoga:
The Hatha name created by HA+THA. Ha means ‘sun’ and tha means ‘Moon’.This yoga symbolizes the balance of these two energies. Hatha yoga is also known as breathing exercise and pranayama. Hatha yoga is a spiritual practice such as meditation. This yoga is like aerobic positioning in some types of yoga postures in hatha yoga. This yoga helps us to lose weight and increases mental and body strength.

Vinyasa Yoga:
Vinyasa yoga is the modern style of yoga. This is also known as Flow and Power yoga. Vinyasa yoga is a series of asanas that are moving one asana to another. To learn vinyasa yoga students to have basic knowledge of yoga.
Vinyasa yoga is good for bones and muscles also. it increases metabolism.
