Our daily yoga drop-in classes in Rishikesh India is open to all lovers of yoga who want to learn yoga, meditation, pranayama and asanas. Our yoga Classes are full of energy, with experienced and attentive teachers to guide you through your practice and encourage growth in your yogic journey. The classes are held by well experienced yoga teachers who are qualified and possess years of experience in yoga teaching and love to share their knowledge of yoga in these practice classes.
Our daily Classes begin with mantra chanting to help create mental stillness and concentration, followed by gentle stretching exercises to prepare the body for more active postures. Each class includes two rounds of sun salutations, followed by a carefully prepared sequence of Hatha asanas. Students are encouraged to ask questions and actively engage with teachers to ensure a deep understanding of proper alignment, breath, and focus in each posture. Classes conclude with a series of cool-down postures, followed by deep relaxation.

Who can join our Yoga Drop in classes?
If you do not have enough days for attending our 100 hours yoga ttc, 200 hours yoga TTC and wish to experience the impact of Asana and hands-on adjustments. Travelers who have already done yoga in Rishikesh, Goa, Dharamshala as well as south India, should pay us a visit to experience the specialty of our asana, Pranayama, and meditation approach. It is a wonderful aid for those who want to develop a daily disciplined practice.

Discipline Rules for Students
- Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school.
- Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules.
- Deposit is not refundable, but one can join for other class.
- The size of our Daily drop-in yoga classes is 15 students, classes fill up quick. So we recommend you to book your seat in an advance.
- We recommend you reach our school on the time, if you are running 15 mins late according to the class time, you will not be permitted to join class.
