Online 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course Affiliate By Yoga Alliance

Become creative in your mind and body with a different form of movement. The objective of this course is to give you a holistic approach to yoga. The knowledge of the asanas and the alignment of the body together with ancient yogic breathing techniques and meditation will help you to be cantered in the present with body and mind and therefore will have a regenerative effect on your life.

Aadi Yoga School 200-hour yoga teacher training balances the depth of an authentic spiritual tradition with the breadth of complete yogic education.

Our online immersion will be held over Zoom and you will have Sunday off throughout the course.

 

Program Format:

First Session: Daily 90 Mins Live Asana Class on Zoom (Monday to Friday)

Second Session: Daily Recorded class of theory chapter. We will share daily one chapter with you on WhatsApp. It will be mandatory to watch 90 Mins theory class daily. Every Saturday, You will get live interaction with the theory teacher for the question & answer phase. You can ask your questions & doubts with the teacher during a live interaction.

On Saturday, We will conduct a live FAQ with the theory class teacher in the time schedule of the Live daily Asana class.

  • Daily One Recorded chapter of theory class. Live class with the Theory teacher on Saturday.

Retreat location

This teacher training is held online. Aadi Yoga School is based in Rishikesh, India, and they will live-stream all yoga classes via Zoom which you can participate by just using your phone or computer. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your favorite yoga mats and props!

  • Mantra chanting – Patananjali mantra and Shanti mantra’s, 5 minutes. Pranayama- Surya Bedi, Bastrilka, Kapala bati, Brahmari, Ujjayi, Anulom-vilom, Nadi showman and Meditation

  • Asana Practice – Standing Posture to learn the Foundation of standing asana’s and about the position of foot as well as learning the engagement.
  • Seated pose: We learn in seated pose to open our groins, as well as sacrum to bring more ease and flexibility and stillness.

Anatomy

Types of joints, Skeletal system, Yoga anatomy, Muscular System, Classification of yoga, Shoulder vs spine, Stages in yoga asana, Femur, Proportion, Orientation, Connective tissue, The angle of the neck, The pelvis, Aims and objectives of Asana, General Guidelines. Vinyasa practice – Flow of asana of the above from Standing and sitting posture.

Teaching Methodology

  • How to teach and correct the students
  • How to emphasize
  • Posture correction, alignment, and adjustment
  • How to use blocks, straps, and bolsters to modify the asana?

Non-contact hour – Students can use this hour for self-practice and study or we will also make a workshop with videos on anatomy or vinyasa asanas after completing 29 days of the program there will be 10 more days of a non-contact hour where one can ask any questions and doubts.

    Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual
    effort to produce a very good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a whole lot and never manage
    to get nearly anything done.
