Sun salutation is basically known as Surya Namaskar, which originated from Sanskrit, and characterizes the soul of the son. It is one of the modern yoga practices which has a set of 12 different poses can perform. While performing sun salutation practice rouse the body intellect to create energy directly from the sun. In the Vedic history, the sun symbolizes awareness to the mind and therefore, has glorified daily in the Indian culture.
